Client Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between "Client" and Szabó Services, LLC ("Company"). It is agreed as follows:
Timeline Client prepays for the monthly readings. All readings must be received during the weekly Wednesday 11:30am-1:30pm time slot. Clients who do not attend the weekly reading session, or choose not to receive their reading at the session, forfeit that reading.
Independent Contractor Status. The parties intend Company to be an independent contractor in the performance of the services, and in no way shall be referred to or treated as an employee of Client.
No Guarantees. Company cannot guarantee the results of the services and Company’s comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.
Non disparagement. Client shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statement in public or private regarding Company, its employees, or agents. Company shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements in public or private regarding Client and its relationship with Company.
Promotional Material. Client agrees that Company can use name, social media handles and any information shared within the group session as promotional material to demonstrate the results and experience of being in the group.
Miscellaneous. Client agrees to hold harmless Company, its affiliates, and its respective employees, and other independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to, Client’s participation or action(s) under this Agreement.
The laws of The State of Ohio shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms, and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties to this Agreement.
Waiver & Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of the services, the monthly fee is non refundable.
I, the undersigned, understand that Szabó Services, LLC cannot guarantee any financial or other business results. I understand that there are risks associated with any investment and freely accept these risks. I accept that my tarot reader / life coach / business coach, Sara Szabó is not liable for any loss or damages, to person or property, resulting from our readings / coaching together.
