Your Strategic Support Partnership Includes:

• Two 50 minute private sessions for each calendar month paid for
• Unlimited email support for the calendar month
• Text support Mon-Fri 9am-4pm EST for the calendar month (one 10 min. response window per day)
• Document feedback 1x weekly or less as needed for the calendar month
  

Investment: $1,500 paid over 6 installments of $250

Additional services beyond those listed above may be agreed-upon by the parties for additional fees in a separate written agreement.

Client Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between "Client" and Szabó Services, LLC ("Company"). It is agreed as follows:

Timeline Client prepays for the monthly coaching service. All calls and support must be completed within the month following the payment by client. If all calls are not completed within 45 days immediately following the first day of the month following the month payment was received in, client forfeits any sessions and services not utilized within 45 days.

Text Support Support to Client will be made Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am-4pm in the Eastern Time Zone unless otherwise stated by Company. Company reserves the right to spend no longer than 10 minutes per day on Text with Client. Please note that Company can and will occasionally give Client more support than this, Client is being made aware of these limits and signs below to avoid any possible abuse of support.  

Tools to be Provided by Client.  Client will provide all tools, information and documentation that may be required by Company to effectively perform its responsibilities under this Agreement.

Independent Contractor Status.  The parties intend Company to be an independent contractor in the performance of the services, and in no way shall be referred to or treated as an employee of Client.

Ownership Of Work Product.  Provided Client has complied with the terms of this Agreement, and upon final payment to Company for services, all material created during provision of the services (the "Work Product") will be considered "works made for hire" and Client will exclusively own all rights, title and interest in the Work Product.  To the extent Company has incorporated any of its preexisting work into the Work Product, Company grants to Client an irrevocable, nonexclusive, perpetual, paid-up, worldwide license to use Company's preexisting work incorporated into the Work Product.

No Guarantees.  Company cannot guarantee the results of the services and Company’s comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.

Payment Plan Clause. Payments will be made on time and will be automatically issued each month. 

Confidentiality.  Client acknowledges that it will be receiving information that is proprietary and confidential to Company. Client will not intentionally disclose, and will use its best efforts to prohibit the unintentional disclosure of any confidential or proprietary information concerning Company.  All information furnished to Client by Company will be considered confidential or proprietary information, unless otherwise indicated by Company.

Non disparagement. Client shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statement in public or private regarding Company, its employees, or agents. Company shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements in public or private regarding Client and its relationship with Company.

Promotional Material. Client agrees that Company can use name, social media handles and any results gained from the program by Client to promote on Company website and social media handles. Any other agreements about the managing of promotional material shall be made in written form. 

Recording of Sessions
Client acknowledges and agrees that Szabo Services LLC may record sessions for internal quality assurance and training purposes only. All such recordings are the property of Szabo Services LLC, will remain confidential, and will not be shared outside the company without the Client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.

Miscellaneous. Client agrees to hold harmless Company, its affiliates, and its respective employees, and other independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to, Client’s participation or action(s) under this Agreement. 

This is the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and negotiations between the parties.  The laws of The State of Ohio shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms, and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties to this Agreement.

Waiver & Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of our work together, the fee you pay is non refundable. Each month's sessions need to be completed within a month and a half (45 days), unless previously agreed upon through written notice.

We are here to coach you in your role but we also want you to listen to and tap into your inner intuition when it comes to making business decisions. If there is anything that doesn’t feel right to you during our sessions together, please let me know. 

I, the undersigned, understand that Szabó Services, LLC cannot guarantee any financial or other business results. I understand that there are risks associated with any business investment and freely accept these risks. I accept that my business coach, Sara Szabó is not liable for any loss or damages, to person or property, resulting from our coaching together.
