Sometimes you don’t need months of coaching. You need dedicated time to step back, get clear, work through what’s getting in the way, and leave with a plan.

The Coaching Intensive gives you three uninterrupted hours of focused 1:1 coaching, followed by a one-hour follow-up session to assess progress, work through what came up, and make adjustments.

The Intensive Includes

3-Hour Intensive Session
A deep-dive working session focused on the issue, decision, challenge, or opportunity that matters most right now. We’ll identify what’s really happening, challenge assumptions, uncover what may be getting in the way, and determine what needs to change.

1-Hour Follow-Up Session
A dedicated follow-up to evaluate what happened after the intensive, address new insights or obstacles, and determine your next steps.

Principal Coach Sara Szabo assesses what each client needs, develops the strategy, and strategizes how to use every available resource, service, and support to achieve their goals without wasting time, energy, or money.

This approach ensures we are meeting each client where they are at in services and stay focused on meeting their needs. 

12 coaching sessions

• Available to Noelle, Cara, Jason, Perla, Norman, Dionne, and Edith
• Sessions can be utilized by individual team members, in any combination of team members, or by the entire team
• Sessions will be tracked as one session regardless of how many team members are included in the session
• Sessions are intended to be used within 12 months of purchase
  
• Additional team members could be added at the mutual approval of Noelle, Cara, and Sara. 
• In addition complimentary weekly sessions will be made available to Michelle during the period of the plan. 

Three (3) stand-alone coaching sessions at a discounted onboarding rate, offered exclusively to you and not available to the general public. Each session is 50 minutes and may be held by phone, via Zoom, or in person at my Westlake, Ohio, office.

You're welcome to use the first three sessions as soon as you'd like and purchase additional sessions if needed. Additional sessions may be purchased during the fourth quarter of 2026 at a rate of $100 per session. All sessions must be used by December 31, 2026. This rate expires on December 31, 2026, and any unused sessions will be forfeited.
