Szabó Services operates as a coaching ecosystem built to address human needs with the range, precision, and depth that humans require. Our method integrates group coaching, one-to-one coaching, executive and leadership coaching, as well as aligned service providers within our health and wellness network to create the uniquely complete scaffolding to meet each individuals needs.
Instead of overleveraging a single modality, we strategically design the unique combination of support the person and the situation deserve. Architected by Principal Coach and Owner Sara Szabo, this ecosystem is designed to expand capacity so people can meet rising demand, operate at the highest level in every aspect of their lives, and still have something left for themselves.

ENERGY is built around the science of how energy works and what consistently drains it, so members can build a personal practice that raises their baseline and holds it. Most people understand what they want. Fewer understand how their own mind, emotions, and ingrained patterns have been quietly shaping the results they get.
