For more than two decades, her work has centered on people navigating growth, pressure, change, and the demands of real life.
That work is grounded in deep respect for the human behind the role and a thoughtful approach to giving people support that truly fits.
As the owner of Szabó Services, she designs and customizes the support behind the work and is trusted by clients as both a coach and a thought partner.
Since 1998, competitive Scottish Highland dance has been another significant part of her professional life. Through teaching and coaching, she has spent decades helping dancers set goals, stay committed to the process, and build the mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns required to perform at a high level over time and under pressure. She has coached multiple dancers to success at regional and national competitions and guided many on to become certified teachers themselves.
She and her wife, Eva, are raising two daughters. That part of her life further deepens the perspective she brings to her work, including a firsthand understanding of responsibility, competing demands, and what it takes to keep showing up for what matters most.
