Our work is built for people and companies who understand that real performance is not separate from real life.
We are here for people and companies who take human capacity seriously. We work with individuals, key contributors, and the businesses that rely on them, providing support that reflects the full reality of life, not just what shows up during the workday.
We have built a coaching ecosystem that draws from multiple modalities, including group coaching, one to one support, executive and leadership coaching, and aligned health and wellness connections. That allows us to create support that is more precise, more responsive, and more capable of meeting the actual demands placed on people.
The work we do is rooted in a simple reality: people do not leave their human needs at the door when they show up to work, lead a business, or care for a family. We exist to address that reality with support designed to strengthen the whole person, because that is what creates lasting impact.
Sara Szabó, Principal Coach and Owner
Every client relationship is rooted in access to the owner, Sara Szabó. She developed the ecosystem, sets the Szabó Standard of Coaching, and personally builds the scaffolding of support for each individual client. Direct access to the owner is part of every client's experience from day one.
