Eight years ago, in the spring of 2018, I made the decision to coach full time. What followed was a year of studying, a year of practicing, and the spring 2020 launch of Szabó Services as a solo coaching practice.
Now it’s the spring of 2026, and I find myself at another moment of clarity and aligned action. But this time, it’s so much bigger than me.
Over the last year, I’ve poured my heart, soul, and a lot of late-night hours into building a full coaching ecosystem. A structure of support designed to give clients access to exactly what they need. Stable and consistent, but flexible enough to follow clients through whatever their life and work are asking of them at the time. I'm proud to introduce the ecosystem we’ve built on the ecosystem page of the website.

We now offer accountability coaching and executive coaching alongside the grounded mental and emotional work many of you already know from this practice. Each coach brings something distinct, and over the next two weeks I’ll be introducing every one of them, every service, and every piece of what I’m deeply proud to roll out.
Every one of them is aligned to the Szabó Standard of Coaching. My relationship with each of them, as well as that aligned standard, is the reason I trust this team, and the reason you can too.
