The Weight of Being the One Everyone Counts On

The Weight of Being the Capable One

There's a layer of exhaustion most high-responsibility people have quietly accepted as the cost of being who they are.

Not burnout exactly. Not overwhelm. Just the slow weight of always being the capable one. The one with the answers. The one who holds it together so everyone else can.

If you felt something reading that, keep going.

You've already proven you can do it. That's not the question anymore.

Most coaching is built for people who need to get better at something. Sharper. Faster. More productive.

That's not what I do.

I work with people who are already good at everything. Who have been good at everything for a long time. And who are starting to feel what that costs.

My work is about capacity. Not your calendar, not your output. Your capacity, to think clearly, to lead well, to remain yourself under the weight of everything you're responsible for.

That's a different kind of work. It's quieter. It goes deeper. And most people don't find it until they need it badly.

I've been doing this work for a long time. I know what it takes to put some of it down.

I'm Sara Szabó. Owner and Principal Coach at Szabó Services. I built this practice around one specific kind of person, the one carrying the most, asking for the least, and wondering in quiet moments whether it has to be this hard.

It doesn't. But finding that out requires real work, with someone who won't let you stay comfortable.

Before the team, before the business expansion, I already had a full roster of private clients. Which means what I can offer right now is limited. Eight spots. That's it. When they're filled, I'm closed. No waitlist.

If you've been watching this unfold and quietly wondering whether you want access to me specifically, not the communities, not a collaborator, but a private room and real work, this is the moment. Not next month. Now.

This is what working together looks like.

I know what it feels like to sit across from someone who finally gets it. That's what I'm offering.

Private coaching with me is at the Executive level, through either a Balanced or Immersive membership. Both give access to a selection that includes weekly group community and monthly private sessions with me. Immersive adds more time, more depth, more access.

Both are built to flex. You and I design the strategy together, based on where you are right now, and it moves as you do.

That's not a sales line. That's how I actually work.

One Window. Use It.

If you enroll at the Balanced or Immersive Executive level before May 31, you lock in a 12-month rate with only a 6-month commitment. Use code MAY26 at checkout. More access, shorter initial commitment, and you're in before I close.

Eight clients. One coach. One window.

A Starting Point Conversation is where we figure out if this is the right fit, the right time, and the right work. If you've been sitting with this, that's where you start.

Let's do this.
