The Coaching Intensive gives you three uninterrupted hours of focused 1:1 coaching, followed by a one-hour follow-up session to assess progress, work through what came up, and make adjustments.

The Intensive Includes

3-Hour Intensive Session
A deep-dive working session focused on the issue, decision, challenge, or opportunity that matters most right now. We’ll identify what’s really happening, challenge assumptions, uncover what may be getting in the way, and determine what needs to change.

1-Hour Follow-Up Session
A dedicated follow-up to evaluate what happened after the intensive, address new insights or obstacles, and determine your next steps.

• Support Cara to restructure the org chart so that it supports Request A Test 2.0
• This includes understanding our current org chart and everyone’s roles/tasks.
• Understanding what Request A Test 2.0 needs that it currently doesn’t have
• Understanding key players at Request A Test and what players offer, what is missing, what are their true capabilities and interest etc (think about skills, capacity and roles)
• Understanding our critical functional areas and who is needed to support them and grow them with our values.
• Create a new org chart for Request A Test 2.0 and determine next steps for Cara to execute at the conclusion of the engagement for her to implement and then assess success with each stage of the implementation.
• Determination of success: the deliverable is Request A Test is capable of executing the CEO's strategy with our values (growth, excellence, empowerment, and mutuality) with speed and enough capacity to remain dynamic/innovative.
• Sessions for Cara / Noelle / Jason / Perla / Michelle / and anyone else determined strategically necessary by Sara.
