Every Szabó Services membership begins the same way, with a one on one session with Sara, our principal coach and owner. Before anything is scheduled, selected, or started, we sit down together to understand where you are, what you need, and what you're working toward. This is not an intake form. It is a strategic conversation designed to make sure every selection in your membership is working in your best interest from day one. We look at your human needs, your desired outcomes, and the most effective way to allocate your selections across communities, private coaching, and coach level to get you the best possible results in the least amount of time. You leave with a custom strategy that is built around you and the flexibility to evolve it as your life and work change.
Sara personally oversees every member's strategy, guides the work of every coach on your team to the Szabó Standard, and remains the consistent thread across your experience regardless of which tier or selections you choose.
Aligned Integration
The single most effective way to raise human capacity is to make sure human needs are met. Some of those needs fall within our scope. Some don't. When a client needs something beyond what we do, we don't refer them out and wish them well. We maintain active relationships with a carefully selected network of service providers across disciplines, and we integrate their work into the client's overall plan. The result is support that addresses the whole person, not just the parts that fit neatly into a coaching container. Aligned Integration is one of the things that makes this work go as deep as it does.
