You know the one. The goal you have filed under someday, maybe. That’s your Everest. And it’s been waiting long enough.
We get it. Everest isn’t the only thing on your plate. Life itself is a lot right now. The demand on people is relentless, and it leaves very little room to invest in yourself, change your behaviors, or move toward what actually matters to you.
I made a conscious decision a long time ago not to offer accountability coaching. It isn’t in my nature. I see how hard people are on themselves. I see how hard the world is on them. My instinct is always to offer grace, never to increase pressure. And honestly, behavioral discipline and consistent execution are areas I’m still working on myself. I refuse to coach from a place of falsehood. Coaching rooted in authenticity invites clients into their own, and anything less is below the Szabó Standard of Coaching. So Szabó Services went without accountability coaching for years. Until I got to know Kristin Gulling, and all that changed.
Meet Kristin Gulling
Kristin found me online and hired me to help her build her coaching business. We did good work together, and the more we got to know each other, the more we wanted to team up. I saw every element of a great coach in her. She saw an established coaching business she could grow with. My favorite part isn’t how well we get along or how much we enjoy the work, though both are true. It’s how different we are. Once Kristin and I got to know each other, I knew she could fill a crucial spot in this ecosystem that I never could. Accountability coaching, done right.
Kristin is sunny and bright even when doing the hardest of work, and that energy radiates. The way she walks through this world motivates people. She invests in herself, takes her routines and personal and professional development seriously, and shows up for herself every single day. Her positivity is so natural it makes you forget how hard you’re working. You just find yourself enjoying the process. She is skilled, well trained, and deeply invested in the growth of every person she works with. Her care is not performative. You feel it. In her presence, things become possible.
Accountability coaching is only effective when it’s done a certain way. Kristin is a natural. She lives it. She inspires it. She is all in, not as a talking point but as a way of being. Her actions are deeply consistent with her values and her goals, and you feel it the moment you’re in the room with her. She holds herself so deeply accountable, it’s hard not to be inspired to do the same yourself. She naturally lowers pressure while raising accountability. An incredible combination. And Szabó Services is grateful she has decided to bring her talents to our team.
The OWNERSHIP Community
Think of it as a weekly team huddle. You show up, you bring your work, and you leave with skills, structure, and the kind of support that keeps you moving forward. Every week. Without exception.
Sharing space with your coach and your peers is not a bonus feature. It is a crucial part of staying committed to your goals. Continuity matters. Community matters. The people in that room are navigating the same demands you are, and choosing to show up anyway. That consistency, week after week, is how development compounds and goals stop being someday and start becoming real.
The key is you, taking ownership.
