Our coaching communities give members weekly access to coaching, skill-building, and peers working toward the same goal. Every coach in every community is held to the Szabó Standard. The quality of the work does not change based on how you access it. What changes is frequency and who you are in the room with. Members are in a room with people actively working on the same challenge. Each week includes skill-building and discussion grounded in the current situations members are navigating. The goal across all groups is capacity. The path depends on where you are starting.

The work is grounded in the science of human behavior and habit formation, focused on the mental and emotional shifts that change what someone is capable of producing in their own life, with the ongoing support and structure to see it through.
